01. Chainsaw Man Reze Arc Gets a New Stage Play in 2026

The official website for CHAINSAW MAN THE STAGE revealed that a second stage play adapting the manga’s Reze Arc, titled CHAINSAW MAN THE STAGE Reze-hen, will run in Tokyo and Kyoto from July to August 2026.
The main cast from the first stage play will reprise their roles:
- Naotake Tsuchiya as Denji
- Mizuki Umetsu as Aki Hayakawa
- Mahiru Coda as Power
- Aya Hirano as Makima
Fumiya Matsuzaki returns as director and scriptwriter, Shunsuke Wada will again handle the music, and HIDALI is back as choreographer.
Meanwhile, Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc continues its massive success. The film opened in Japan on September 19, debuting at #1 and selling over 807,000 tickets in its opening weekend. As of November 30, the movie has earned more than 9.27 billion yen (approx. US$59.9 million) worldwide. Sony Pictures Entertainment holds global theatrical rights, with screenings across over 80 countries.

02. Cardfight!! Vanguard Divinez Genma Seisen-hen Anime Gets New PV & Premiere Date
The official X (Twitter) account for Cardfight!! Vanguard unveiled a new promotional video, visual, full cast details, theme songs, and a January 10 premiere date for Cardfight!! Vanguard Divinez Genma Seisen-hen.

Ishihara was best known for voicing Cyborg 002 / Jet Link in multiple Cyborg 009 films and anime series. He also worked as a narrator for several classic anime projects, including Uchū Kūbo Blue Noah and Dracula: Sovereign of the Damned.
A private funeral was held according to the wishes of his family.
