Milky☆Subway: The Galactic Limited Express Film Reveals New Trailer and Additional Cast

The staff behind Milky☆Subway: The Galactic Limited Express unveiled a new trailer, key visual, and additional cast members for the upcoming re-edited theatrical film titled Milky☆Subway: The Galactic Limited Express: Local Train to the Theater.
Scheduled to open in Japanese theaters on February 6, the film is a re-edited compilation of the anime’s 12 episodes, featuring newly added scenes. Momoko Terasawa and Anna Nagase return to reprise their roles as Chiharu and Makina, alongside the full returning cast.
Creator Yōhei Kameyama once again serves as director, writer, producer, character designer, animator, editor, and more — a largely solo production effort that continues to define the series’ unique creative identity. The original anime premiered in July and streamed globally on YouTube in multiple dubbed languages, including English, Hindi, Portuguese, Spanish, and Korean.
Marriage Toxin TV Anime Reveals New Trailer, Expanded Cast, and Staff Details
Shueisha released a new trailer, key visual, and extensive cast and staff updates for the television anime adaptation of Marriage Toxin, based on the manga by Jōmyaku and Mizuki Yoda.

Talent agency 81Produce and AI company ElevenLabs announced a landmark partnership aimed at protecting voice actors’ rights while enabling authorized AI-generated multilingual dubs.
Under the agreement, ElevenLabs will create AI-synthesized voice performances only with actor consent, offering up to 29-language dubbing support while providing residual revenue streams to the original voice actors. The partnership also integrates VoiceCAPCHA, digital watermarking, and C2PA compliance to detect and prevent unauthorized AI voice misuse.
The announcement reflects a growing industry effort to balance AI innovation with ethical voice actor protection amid increasing global demand for dubbed content.

The upcoming anime adaptation of I Became a Legend After My 10 Year-Long Last Stand revealed two new cast members alongside a new teaser visual.
Yui Ishikawa will voice Celliss Morton, the daughter of Goran, while Mayu Sagara joins as Sia Wolcott, a warrior from the wolf beastkin tribe. The anime is set to premiere in 2026.
The series stars Gakuto Kajiwara, Toshiyuki Morikawa, and Tsuyoshi Koyama, with Hiroyuki Kanbe directing at Gekkō, Mitsutaka Hirota overseeing series composition, and Majiro designing the characters.

Tokyo Metro officially unveiled a large-scale public art installation titled “Procession Spin” at Ginza Station, created and supervised by legendary manga artist Katsuhiro Ōtomo (Akira).
Ōtomo described the piece as a reflection of artistic flow across generations, blending past, present, and future into a three-dimensional visual experience. Observers at the unveiling noted a subtle appearance of Shōtarō Kaneda and his iconic motorcycle, delighting longtime Akira fans.
Tokyo Metro stated that the artwork aims to bring new vitality and cultural depth to one of Tokyo’s busiest stations.

Sgt. Frog 20th Anniversary Film Reveals Title, Returning Cast, and Theme Song
The Sgt. Frog franchise revealed the first teaser for its 20th anniversary anime film, officially titled
Gekijōban ☆ Keroro Gunsō Fukkatsu Shite Sokkō Chikyū Metsubō no Kiki de Arimasu!
The teaser confirms the returning voice cast and previews the anniversary theme song “Mata Kaettekita KERO! to MARCH”, performed by ano and Soshina. The film will open in summer next year.
Yūichi Fukuda serves as supervising director and scriptwriter, with Fumitoshi Oizaki directing at Bandai Namco Pictures and Satoshi Koike handling character design. The film celebrates two decades of one of anime’s most iconic comedy franchises.
