Destiny Unchain Novel and Manga Receive TV Anime Adaptation
Fans of fantasy adventures have something to celebrate.
A newly launched official X (formerly Twitter) account announced today that Destiny Unchain Online: How I Became the Crimson Devil is officially receiving a TV anime adaptation.
The series is based on the light novel written by Resn, with the manga adaptation illustrated by Yahimoto. To commemorate the announcement, Yahimoto shared a special illustration on the newly created official X account.
Destiny Unchain is an adventure fantasy series known for its action, magic, and RPG-inspired world. At the time of writing, only the anime adaptation has been announced, with no information yet regarding the studio, staff, cast, or release date.
More details are expected in the coming months.
Giant Ojo-sama TV Anime Reveals Staff, Visual, and January 2027 Premiere
The official website for Giant Ojo-sama has revealed the anime’s first key visual, main production staff, and premiere window.
The anime is scheduled to premiere in January 2027.

The announced staff includes:
- Director: Hiroshi Ikehata
- Character Design & Chief Animation Director: Mitsuda Ichi
- Animation Studio: Tatsunoko Production
The voice cast has not yet been announced and will be revealed at a later date.
Giant Ojo-sama blends action, comedy, and ecchi elements, making it one of the more unique anime scheduled for the Winter 2027 season.

Shueisha Launches Manga Million Global Manga Platform
Japanese publishing giant Shueisha has officially launched a brand-new global digital manga platform called Manga Million.
According to the company, the service launches with more than 400 manga titles, all available in over 100 languages, making it one of the most ambitious global manga platforms ever released.
Among those titles, more than 150 are popular manga series, including:
- One Piece
- Naruto
- Bleach
- Demon Slayer
- Jujutsu Kaisen
- Kingdom
- Oshi no Ko
- Spy × Family
…and many more.
The platform currently allows readers to access its library for free without registration for a limited time. However, Shueisha has not announced when this promotional period will end.
The service supports numerous languages, including English, Hindi, Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, French, and many others, making manga more accessible to readers worldwide.

Pokémon Company International Faces Lawsuit Over Former Executive’s Alleged Actions
One of today’s biggest industry stories involves The Pokémon Company International (TCPI).
According to reports, a woman identified anonymously as Jane Doe has filed a lawsuit against TCPI, alleging that the company’s former Engineering Director, Ben Tsai, secretly placed hidden cameras in multiple public bathrooms, including one located inside the company’s Bellevue, Washington office.
The lawsuit claims that Tsai allegedly intended to distribute the recordings and further alleges that TCPI failed to properly supervise him or take reasonable steps to protect employees and visitors.

Tsai is no longer employed by TCPI. Earlier this year, he was reportedly charged with first-degree voyeurism after authorities alleged he hid a camera inside a Starbucks restroom in Kirkland, Washington. He has also reportedly faced additional charges related to allegedly dealing in and possessing sexually explicit depictions of minors.
The proposed class-action lawsuit seeks to represent women and girls who used bathrooms at TCPI’s Bellevue office between 2017 and July 25, 2026.
Tsai’s attorney, Bradley Barshis, has stated:
“My client has entered and will enter pleas of not guilty to all charges.”
The legal proceedings are ongoing, and no court has determined liability regarding the allegations described in the civil lawsuit.
