07. Square Enix & Sunrise Announce As One – A Prequel to Starwing Paradox

Square Enix and Sunrise revealed on Tuesday that they are producing a feature-length theatrical prequel anime for Starwing Paradox, titled As One. Yoshiyuki Sadamoto, known for Evangelion and Summer Wars, is designing the characters for the movie. The story is set before the events of the game.

Summary:
The film follows Yo, a high schooler whose parents disapprove of his dream of becoming a musician. He starts losing connection with his bandmates until one day, he hears a voice in his head calling for help. Suddenly, he is enveloped in a bright light. Meanwhile, in the world of Meguriboshi, two nations that have been at war over energy resources are in an uneasy truce. Rako, a young robot mechanic, falls unconscious while handling space debris and mysteriously connects with Yo.


06. Solo Leveling Drops New Trailer for Jeju Island Raid Arc

The official website for Solo Leveling has released a new promotional video showcasing the highly anticipated Jeju Island Raid Arc. Lisa and Felix from the K-pop group Stray Kids have performed the opening theme song, “Reawake.”

It has been over a decade since mysterious gates started appearing, connecting our world to another dimension. Certain awakened supernatural powers and became “Hunters”, earning their living by fighting monsters inside these gates. Jinwoo sung, known as “the weakest hunter of all mankind,” finds himself trapped in a high-rank dungeon. On the verge of death, he accepts a mysterious quest and starts leveling up… unlike anyone else


05. Black Butler New Season Teaser & Premiere Date Announced

The highly anticipated new season of Black Butler is set to premiere on April 5, 2025. A fresh teaser was released last Tuesday, giving fans a glimpse of the upcoming arc.

In this season, Ciel and Sebastian travel to Germany under the Queen’s orders to investigate a series of mysterious deaths. However, their mission takes a dark turn when they encounter a terrifying curse linked to the infamous Werewolf Forest, where anyone who enters is doomed.

For international viewers, Crunchyroll has confirmed that it will stream the anime.
