01. One of the Best Anime from 2024 and 2025 is Getting a Live-Action Adaptation
One of the top action anime of 2024 and 2025, Solo Leveling, is now set to receive a live-action drama adaptation. On Tuesday, Kakao Entertainment confirmed that the live-action version is currently in development.

Solo Leveling is a Korean manhwa written by Chugong, with artwork by the late artist DUBU (REDICE Studio). This webcomic is among the few manhwa to gain worldwide acclaim beyond Korea.
The second season of the anime is currently airing and has achieved notable success, ranking #1 in Amazon Prime Japan’s TV show category and placing in the top 10 on Netflix across 11 countries.
02. Re:Zero Anime’s 3rd Season Trailer Previews the Counter-Attack Arc
Last year, Re:Zero’s third season premiered its first part, which received positive reviews. A few days ago, a new trailer for the second part of the third season aired, showcasing a preview of the upcoming Counter-Attack Arc.
The new arc is set to premiere on February 5, and Crunchyroll will stream the episodes. Fans expressed disappointment as the first part of the season had only eight episodes—the shortest arc in the anime’s history. Unfortunately, the Counter-Attack Arc will also have just eight episodes.
03. My Hero Academia: Vigilantes New Season Trailer and Release Date
The trailer for My Hero Academia: Vigilantes revealed the main cast and confirmed that the anime will premiere on April 7. It will air on Tokyo MX and BS NTV, with Kenichi Suzuki, known for his work on Cells at Work and JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, directing the series.
The animation is being handled by BONES’ new subsidiary, BONES FILM. Here’s a summary of the new anime:
“The story revolves around a boy who didn’t make the cut to become an official hero. Using his modest quirk, he performs good deeds in his spare time. After encountering some local thugs, he meets two unlikely heroes who join his team. Together, they fight against evil but soon realize that bravery alone isn’t enough to win the battle.”
04. Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? V Anime Reveals Schedule for Episodes 12-15
The official website for the Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? franchise announced on Friday the broadcast schedule for the delayed episodes 12 to 15 of its fifth season.
- Episode 12: February 7
- Episode 13: February 14
- Episode 14: February 25
- Episode 15: March 5
HIDIVE confirmed it will stream these episodes on their respective air dates at 8:00 a.m. EST.
Initially, the anime was scheduled to conclude in January, but delays caused by production issues pushed the airing of the remaining episodes to early spring 2025.
