In this article, we are going to give you anime names – they will be series or movies – and you have to watch them in their order. While you’re watching them, you have to control your feelings and stop yourself from getting emotional or crying, because all the anime on this list are very emotional. You could even say that these anime are considered the top 5 emotional anime of all time. So, let’s start our Aniworldtv Summer Challenge.

I Want to Eat Your Pancreas” is a romance and drama anime, and I think it is very emotionally impactful. I wouldn’t recommend watching this anime if you’ve recently had a difficult experience. Every time I watch it, it breaks my heart. For me, the most heartbreaking scene was when he finds out about her situation and when he takes the stairs and slips there. I can’t describe how incredibly sad I felt every time during that scene.

Before watching this anime, I had watched Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions. A funny fact is that when I watched this anime, I was single, but the story still pierced my heart. As you know, April is here, and I wish good luck to anyone watching this anime

During my high school summer vacation, I watched this anime. I didn’t know about it beforehand; I searched Google for anime recommendations, and this name came up. Based on the title, I thought it would be something like a love story between a boy/girl who can’t speak and another boy/girl who still finds them attractive, and their journey. Before my Aniworld TV journey started, I hadn’t told anyone to watch any anime from this list. But then, one of my friends told me that these anime are masterpieces and that if I didn’t tell others about them, they would miss out on such masterpieces. And here we are – I am creating a challenge for anime watchers. The most heartbreaking thing that happened to me wasn’t that I watched this anime, but that I heard the author changed the ending so it wouldn’t become even more emotional.

If you haven’t watched this anime, you might be bored during the first few episodes. However, if you wait and watch the entire anime and its movies, I don’t think you’ll be able to hold back your tears. After a few episodes, this anime will likely make you cry in almost every episode. I just don’t know what the author of this anime, Kana Akatsuki, the illustrator, Akiko Takase, and Kyoto Animation studio have created. The animation of this anime is top-tier, the anime characters are also well-designed, and the story is simply tear-jerking.

01. Grave of the Fireflies
I don’t think anyone will disagree with me on this, but this anime, not just in this genre but in all of cinematic history, has to be one of the most emotional anime. I won’t even write about how sad I was and how much I cried while watching this anime and after it finished. I have watched many anime and movies, and I have gotten emotional many times, but this anime doesn’t just pierce our hearts, it pierces our souls. Best of luck to anyone trying our summer challenge.
