To celebrate its 40th anniversary, the Dragon Ball franchise has launched its first global character popularity poll. Fans can vote for 212 characters across four stages.

Poll Schedule (Round 1):

November 20–24 (Japan time) — Characters reduced from 212 → 80.

Most characters in Round 1 come from the original 42-volume Dragon Ball manga. Fans can vote once per day in each stage.

After each round, a set number of characters will be eliminated — but a special 24-hour revival poll on Dragon Ball’s official X (Twitter) accounts will bring back one eliminated character.
