Both the hand-to-hand combat and sword fights are exceptional. There are:

Even the bow-and-arrow fights are shot beautifully with strategic precision.
The pacing is also perfect:

At first, I wasn’t planning to watch this drama. Most samurai-themed shows I saw earlier weren’t very good. I thought this one would also waste my time.
But after watching just the first episode, I was hooked.
You don’t need 3–4 episodes to decide — the first episode alone grabs your attention instantly.
I finished all six episodes in one go.
After finishing it, I even searched online to check if Season 2 was out — only to find out that the drama just released recently and there’s no official confirmation yet.
Still, I can confidently say this is one of the best short Japanese dramas I’ve ever watched.
